HAUS-SYNC + Square
Your Square account knows what sold. Your invoices know what it cost. Connected, they answer the only question that matters: which plates made money this week?
What the Connection Does
- Read-only sync of items sold, sales mix, discounts, and timestamps. HAUS-SYNC cannot modify anything in your Square account — not items, not prices, not settings.
- Item matching. Square items map to HAUS-SYNC recipes once; from then on, sales land against recipe costs automatically.
- Margin-weighted sales views. Best sellers ranked by margin dollars, mix shift week over week, discount weight by dish — the view described in what operators need from weekly sales-mix reporting.
What It Deliberately Doesn't Do
No writes, no menu pushes, no price sync back to the register. Your POS remains the system of record for sales; HAUS-SYNC is the system of record for cost and margin. Data handling follows our privacy policy — sales data is read for your organization's views and nothing else.
Not on Square?
Item-level sales exported as CSV from any POS drive the same views. The integration removes the export chore; it does not gate the product.
